Refund Policy

Every sale with Krowand Essentials is final. Hind Salem Bin Lasoud Est. does not accept returns and does not refund payments for a change of mind, including for unused boards.

Please confirm sizes, thicknesses, finishes and quantities with the sales team before you pay. Once an order is paid it cannot be returned or refunded, except as described below or where Saudi law requires it.

Check the pallets before the driver leaves, or before you load at the yard. Count the sheets, look at the edges and corners, and confirm the thickness, size and finish against your quotation.

If something is wrong, tell the driver or the sales team at once and photograph the pallet before it is broken down. A claim is much easier to settle while the material is still stacked as it arrived.

Report damage, a shortfall or a wrong item at delivery or pickup, and no later than 24 hours after it.

Send us the photographs and your invoice or quotation reference on WhatsApp. Once we have checked them, the sales team arranges a replacement for damaged material, sends any missing quantity or swaps a wrong item.

There is no form for this. Call 055 334 4811 or message 055 334 4811 on WhatsApp during Sat to Thu, 8 AM to 6 PM and the sales team will open the case.

• Give the invoice or quotation reference.
• Describe the damage, the shortfall or the wrong item.
• Attach photographs of the material as it arrived.
• Tell us whether the material is at your site or still at the yard.

If you are charged twice for the same order, or a payment reaches us that matches no order, contact us and we return the extra amount to where it came from.

• Card payments (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) are returned to the same card through the payment gateway. We cannot send a card payment anywhere else.
• Bank transfers are refunded by bank transfer, to the account the payment came from.

A paid order cannot be cancelled or refunded. An order you have not paid for yet needs no cancellation: the quotation or payment link simply expires.

This policy does not limit any right you have under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. Where such a right applies to your purchase, it takes priority over this page.

To report damage, a shortfall, a wrong item or a payment made by mistake, call or message us during Sat to Thu, 8 AM to 6 PM with your invoice reference to hand.
