What we use

This site sets three cookies of its own: your language choice and, once you send a quotation request, one that lets this browser see and edit your requests and one that remembers your contact details for the form. It also keeps a few items in your browser storage so your quote list and your details survive a refresh. No account is created, and nothing in it reaches us until you send a request.

Browser storage stays on the device you are using. Open the site on another phone or laptop and you start with an empty quote list.

kw_profile	Cookie, functional	Your name, phone, company, email and VAT number from your last request, so the form fills them in next time. Our server sets it when a request or an edit goes through. Your browser also sends it to our site, which does not read or keep it.	1 year

No tracking

There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixel on this site today. Nothing here follows you to another site, and nothing here builds a profile of you.

If we add analytics later, this page is updated before it goes live.

Staff cookies

Our staff console sets a session cookie when a member of our team signs in. It is never set for customers browsing the catalogue.

Third party content

Google Maps: the map on our home and contact pages loads only after you press the Load map button, and Google sets its own cookies at that point.
WhatsApp (Meta): opens in its own tab or app when you choose to chat with us.
Moyasar: the payment page is hosted by the gateway and sets what it needs to complete the payment securely.

We do not embed anything else from another site.

This removes your quote list, the contact details saved in the quote form, this browser's link to your quotation requests (the requests stay with our sales team), your recently viewed products, the payment links started on this device, your appearance preference and your logo animation choice from this browser. Your language choice stays, so the site does not switch back under you.
