These terms apply to krowand.com, operated by Hind Salem Bin Lasoud Est., trading as Krowand Essentials. By using the site or sending us a request through it, you accept them.

We supply businesses: factories, contractors and workshops. Most orders are quoted and confirmed by our sales team. Items with a price shown can also be bought directly from their product page.

We update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and it is dated 2026-09-24.

You may browse the catalogue, build a quote list and send it to us. No account is created, and the quote list is kept in your own browser.

• Do not scrape, crawl or copy the catalogue by automated means.
• Do not submit requests you do not intend to follow up, or use the forms to send unsolicited messages.
• Public forms are rate limited, and requests that trip those limits are refused.
• Do not attempt to reach the staff console, or to use a quotation or payment link issued to someone else.

Product images on the site are digital renderings and colour swatches. They show the material family and finish, not the exact sheet you will receive, and screens vary. Visit the yard to see the material before committing to a colour.

Specifications such as thickness, sheet size and grade are indicative and stock availability changes during the day. Technical documents, including datasheets and grading certificates, are available from the sales team on request.

Sending a quote list is a request, not an order, and it creates no obligation on either side. Only a quotation issued by our sales team is an offer from us.

• Prices shown on the site or given in conversation exclude VAT. VAT of 15% is added on the quotation and the invoice.
• Some items are priced on request, and the sales team confirms the figure with your quantities.
• Quantities may be adjusted to the nearest full pallet, depending on the packing size of the board.
• A quotation is valid for 14 days from issue unless it states otherwise on its face.

The quotation link we send you shows the issued document with its reference, items, prices, VAT and validity date, and lets you request a revision or approve it. After the validity date, prices and availability may have changed and an updated quotation is needed.

A quoted order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and we accept it, whether you approve on the quotation link or as agreed with the sales team.

• For quoted orders, a payment link is created after approval, or by the sales team for an order agreed by phone. It stays open for 30 minutes, and an expired link can be recreated in one click.
• Before paying you confirm the name and phone number on the order.
• Bank transfer is available as instructed by the sales team.

The temporary bill becomes an invoice once we confirm we have received the payment. Paid orders are final; the refund policy explains what happens if material arrives damaged, short or wrong.

We deliver across Saudi Arabia from Jeddah, by the pallet or the full truckload, and you may collect from our yard in Al Wadi during Sat to Thu, 8 AM to 6 PM. The sales team confirms lead time, freight and access requirements with your quotation.

Please check the pallets on arrival, or before you load them at the yard, and tell us straight away if anything is damaged, short or not what you ordered.

The site, its text, images, renderings, the Krowand Essentials name and the marks and logos shown on it belong to Hind Salem Bin Lasoud Est..

You may share our catalogue and quotations inside your business, and with your own client, to evaluate a purchase from us. Republishing them, or using our marks as your own, is not permitted.

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the chats you start from the site.
• Google Maps loads on the home and contact pages only after you press the Load map button.

These services are run by their providers under their own terms.

Our quotations, catalogue data and technical documents are provided so you can evaluate and complete a purchase from us.

These terms and every order placed with us are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is settled by the competent courts in Jeddah, unless Saudi law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, delay costs or labour costs. Nothing here limits a liability that Saudi law does not allow us to limit.
